• Supervision of administrative works
• Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives and appointed agencies
• Coordination with panel lawyers, panel bankers, project and site team members
• Oversee achievement of objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing data on past performance,and projecting future performances.
